Sense – Cornwall (Get Out There) GOT
For everyone living with complex disabilities. For everyone who is deafblind. Sense is here to help people communicate and experience the world.
They also offer:
- Practical support to families, including advice, short breaks and family events
- Provide information about communication
- Campaign for the rights of people with complex disabilities to take part in life.

Parent Carers Cornwall
PCC is the recognised parent carer forum for Cornwall. It is nationally funded to support families with children with SEND. They gather and share information about the services available locally.

Healthy Cornwall programme for adults with LD and Autism. Includes resources for weight loss, diet as well as exercise. All available as Easy Read guides
Easy Health
Over 500 health leaflets that include pictures and very simple text. Accessible to anyone with low literacy levels, including people with learning difficulties

Bus pass enabling travel free between 9.30-11pm Mon - Fri and anytime weekends and Bank Holidays
Adult Community Learning Disabilities Team
Working with adults over 18 who have a GP. Offering assessment, treatment and support for those who find it difficult to access other health services.
AbilityNet
AbilityNet supports anyone living with any disability of impairment to use technology to achieve their goals at home, at work and in education. 'ITCanHelp' Volunteers provide free IT support to older people and people with disabilities via their free helpline.
