Wellbeing Walk
Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are free, short walks that take place all over Cornwall and across England. Our walk takes place at Newquay Zoo every Friday morning, meeting at 09.45 outside the main entrance.

The Cornwall Bicycle Project
Provides accessible cycling lessons, courses and events in Cornwall. There are educational programmes like Bikeability, Balanceability, Learn to Ride and Mountain Bike sessions. We also run regular courses, events and many other cycling related activities.
Royal Voluntary Service – Virtual Village Hall
The Virtual Village Hall is a programme of themed online activities designed to enjoy at home. Includes floristry, dancing, HIIT, crafts and patchwork.
Live Longer Better
A programme of learning, resources and support to help support older people to live longer better. Available for participants, family members and professionals.
Limbless Association
The Limbless Association is a national, user-led charity that has been supporting amputees across the UK since 1983. The LA has excellent knowledge of the issues affecting amputees’ physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and aims to ensure that no amputee need cope alone.
Contact them for free, high-quality information, advice and support pre- and post-amputation – by phone, email and online. They also have a volunteer visitor service with peer support programme.
Join the Movement
Tips, advice and guidance on how to keep or get active in and around your home. Sport England have pulled together a selection of online exercise platforms with on demand fitness content who either provide free access or have teamed up with them to offer extended trials. Everything available from Pilates and Yoga to seated exercises and HIIT classes. Specific advice for older adults, disabled, long term health conditions, pregnancy and mental health.
Healthy Cornwall – Healthy Eating and Healthy Weight
Support and information to make changes to your eating and weight. Self referral can be made via their website. They also provide information about physical activity and smoking cessation
Forestry England
Wellbeing guidance and activity ideas to get active in woodland. Forests at home which brings activities, podcasts and wildlife stories to your home.

Cornwall Saracens Wheelchair Basketball Team
