Support for the farming community, offering guidance, financial support and practical care. Grant support programmes as well as an online wellbeing platform offering free, farmer focussed resources to adults and young farming people as well as 1:1 counselling.
Talking Therapies – Long Term Conditions
Talking Therapies offer support for people with long term health conditions. It provides access to psychological therapy for stress and low mood for people with long term illnesses -Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, CV, IBS, COPD are the four currently covered.

Talking Therapies offers mental health therapy for people suffering with anxiety, stress, low mood and worry. You must be registered with a GP surgery in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly They have online services, face to face groups and therapies. Specific services include menopause and mental health, stress, phobias and OCD.
Silvercloud
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) online programme which allows users to complete in their own time at their own pace. Each programme has a range of interactive tools, activities and videos to help you identify and challenge negative thought behaviour patterns.
Pegasus Men’s wellbeing
Offers specialised support for men for a variety of issues such as Mental health, Anxiety, Depression or Emotional distress. Some projects for all genders, race or religion. 6 free sessions and then if further sessions are required there is a sliding pay scale. Also offering a anger management course.
PACT – Prison, Advice and Care Trust
National charity that provides support to prisoners, people with convictions and their families. They support people to make a fresh start, minimise the harm that can be caused by imprisonment to people who have committed offences, to families and communities.
No Panic
No Panic offers advice, support and recovery programmes and help for people living with phobias, OCD and any other anxiety based disorders. Intervention for panic attacks including body scan and breathing exercises. Has a membership fee but there are lots of free to access resources without paying.
Man Down – Cornwall
Man down is a Cornwall based group offering safe spaces to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society.
Man Down offers fortnightly talking groups for men at various locations across Cornwall.

Georgia’s Voice
Small, free, confidential support groups for young women with mental health concerns. Offering a safe place for you to come and talk, listen or just be.
The support groups are free and for any women with any kind of mental health concerns, a friendly, caring, non-judgemental group to chat or just listen. Visit our Facebook group to get booked in.
Sessions run every other Monday at the Salvation Army building, Crantock Street, Newquay. 6.30pm- 8.30pm
Family Matters – Active Plus
Support for Armed Forces and Veteran's families. They can support you to get back to work, business training as well as providing health and wellbeing advice. A Change Coach is assigned to each person / family to support 1-2-1.

Ratcliffe and Brown offer 6 free sessions for counselling and mental health referrals from Social Prescribers
Community Veterans Service
Treats ex service personnel who served in the British armed forces and who are subsequently experiencing problems with their mental health.
You can be referred to the service by your GP, through an ex-service establishment, a charity, Combat Stress or you can make a self referral.
